the pin won’t stay in

I recently decided to go to pin knocks mostly to protect my investment since x10s are so pricy. I was shooting out nocks and in/out beiter nocks with no robin hoods. The Easton pins are so consistent but on my 750 spined arrows they are all loose in the arrow and nice and tight with the nocks. I tried low temp hot melt but the pins are so smooth the wax just won’t adhere in about %40 of the arrows even with a good cleaning. If I have to turn the nock to get the index correct the bond breaks where they are adhering well and I have lost 3 pins and nocks in flight. I find I have to use plastic film or teflon tape to get the pins to stay in and still allow the ability to turn a nock if I get a fletching conflict (not often) I noted that Easton has changed their points, such that if you remove all the break offs the point shaft has ribs to ensure the glue gets a solid grip on the point. Maybe Easton could do similar for the pins?

Special orders receive top priority and are given prompt attention. While larger items like bows may not always be readily available, many special order items are consistently kept in stock. The general turnaround time for special orders is a minimum of 8 weeks, depending on the lead times set by the manufacturer.

Certain bows, such as custom target bows and high-quality traditional recurve bows, are exclusively made to order directly from the manufacturer.

In some instances, left-handed products like premium target equipment may experience unforeseen delays due to batch production by the manufacturer.

We strive to meet the deadlines mentioned above and make every effort to do so. However, there may be circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from meeting those deadlines. If such a situation arises, we will make every effort to rectify the issue. Special orders can be canceled or exchanged and are eligible for a refund after 8 weeks.
