This medium-profile vane is designed for a straighter trajectory and optimal clearance. The proprietary polymer build gives it the ideal stiffness to minimize drag and maintain downrange speed. The TAC Driver 2.75" vane measures 2.25" by .465". This vane is best used for target, 3D, hunting and field.

Had read a lot about adhesion issues with these vanes prior to purchasing, so along with these I had also purchased the TAC glue and primer pen. I used a bitzenburger type jig and I'll say I had absolutely no problems getting these to adhere to the arrow shaft (with wrap). Applied on a 4mm shaft with 2 degree left helical. The TAC glue does cure extremely fast which may help but I also held the vane firm against the shaft in the jig for the first 10 seconds or so. They adhered solid. Great flight from these vanes and very quiet. Pleased with the results.
Very good stiff vanes but hard to glue on the spine. Vane is hard on the bottom too and needs lots of pressure to hold it down. I've tried 3 different jigs but hard time to make them stick properly

Great vane only issue I had wasn’t with the vane but getting set to arrow shaft so that it seated flat without air bubbles, I need a better jig.
Special orders receive top priority and are given prompt attention. While larger items like bows may not always be readily available, many special order items are consistently kept in stock. The general turnaround time for special orders is a minimum of 8 weeks, depending on the lead times set by the manufacturer.
Certain bows, such as custom target bows and high-quality traditional recurve bows, are exclusively made to order directly from the manufacturer.
In some instances, left-handed products like premium target equipment may experience unforeseen delays due to batch production by the manufacturer.

If such a situation arises, we will make every effort to rectify the issue. Special orders can be canceled or exchanged and are eligible for a refund after 8 weeks.
