Good for both indoor and outdoor shooting, the Skylon Radius carbon arrows are one of the beginner and intermediate archers' best options.

They are durable and forgiving, and come factory fletched with EP-23 vanes, with small groove pin nocks, pins, and break-off points corresponding to the shaft spine included.

There will be no choice in nock and fletching colours as they come pre-packaged with the arrows. Please see spine chart to select a spine that best matches your draw weight. The Radius arrows are sold in packs of 12.

Love these arrows

I have multiple sets of these in different spines. I am happy with them. Good buy for the price.

Skylon Radius Arrow

Fast and affordable, these are the perfect beginner and intermediate recurve arrows!

Nice arrows

600 spine work well with my 30 lb. draw weight at 31 inches draw.
They spine slightly stiffer than rated.
I added 120 grain points and they grouped better for me.

Fine arrows.

I have been using Skylon Radius arrows for over a year now in tournament and 3-
d. I have found the arrows to be durable, accurate, and fast; a 30 ft/sec. rise in speed over my former favourites (Easton Axis). I am thoroughly satisfied with them, and will buy more as I need to.

These arrows are a great deal, perfect for beginner/recreational target archers

I just got these to pair with my new ILF setup (purchased through CAO of course!), and I'm very happy. I also have experience with the Skylon Frontier (feather fletched) that I use with my traditional longbows (I love the Frontier, inexpensive and perfect for my skill level). The Radius are thin arrows, with vanes, oriented towards outdoors target shooting. They have pin nocks, and come with breakaway points (which CAO had to explain to me, since I wasn't familiar with those types of points). 110$ for 12 arrows is a pretty good deal (especially considering the pins, nocks, and points!), and online reviews seem to indicate that overall quality is quite good with the carbon, and general performance is alright (again, for entry level arrows). Highly recommended, you'll pay the same as for cheap arrows on Amazon, and get a much better product in return (and encourage a Canadian business to boot - AOE I mean, not Skylon :-)). EDIT: quick note on spine. Looking around forums, I see that most folks indicate that these arrows are stiffer than advertised in their spine chart. I have 750 at 31.5 inches for 28lbs (ILF recurve, FastFlight string) and I think 800 would have been slightly better (if only slightly). I'd recommend talking to the CAO techs before ordering (put another way, don't put too much stock in the Skylon chart).

At Canada Archery Online we try and offer a variety of arrow choices. This includes factory fletched, fletched and shafts. It's important to understand what this means.

Arrow buying information.

  • Fletched and Factory Fletched - The arrows come fletched from the factory. They often come with inserts included but not installed. Points are sold separately.
  • Ready to Shoot or Assembled - This means the arrow is fletched and comes with points and all components installed. Often are Factory Fletched Arrows where points are inlcuded and everything is put together by the manufacturer.
  • Shafts - This means you are purchasing just arrow shafts. These come unfletched but often with the bushing and sometimes inserts needed. Typically an archer will need to purchase nocks and points, along with any components they may need for fletching. We encourage all archers to learn fletching themselves for the ultimate custom arrow. It is also significantly less expensive over time to learn to create your own arrows!

Arrow Cutting, Insert Installation & Points.

We also offer the option to install inserts, include points and cut arrows that come fletched from the factory. These are optional services we offer as a convenience for our customers. Each one you select will be added to your cart as a service with it's own charge.

IMPORTANT

Once selected, these services will be added to your cart. Each one you choose will be separately added. If these services are removed from your cart prior to ordering, WE WILL NOT perform those services even if listed on the arrow. If you purchase a set of arrows and remove services, arrows will be shipped exactly as listed or completed with services paid for.

Only services you pay for will be performed, we will never charge you for services you did specifically add yourself.

Special orders receive top priority and are given prompt attention. While larger items like bows may not always be readily available, many special order items are consistently kept in stock. The general turnaround time for special orders is a minimum of 8 weeks, depending on the lead times set by the manufacturer.

Certain bows, such as custom target bows and high-quality traditional recurve bows, are exclusively made to order directly from the manufacturer.

In some instances, left-handed products like premium target equipment may experience unforeseen delays due to batch production by the manufacturer.

We strive to meet the deadlines mentioned above and make every effort to do so. However, there may be circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from meeting those deadlines. If such a situation arises, we will make every effort to rectify the issue. Special orders can be canceled or exchanged and are eligible for a refund after 8 weeks.
