Comfortable in the hand, looks nice and no hand shock on release. The length of the bow does make it difficult for walking through the bush for small game but it is good in the tree stand.
The Wolf Custom 45# was my first longbow. It is light, shoots quiet, and feels really nice in the hand while shooting. It is a good beginner longbow for users who want to learn instinctive shooting. The grip is very comfortable and the bow as a whole is very well designed.
The only cons I can say is that the 68" length of the bow makes it a little bit difficult to shoot in the bush while hunting as it gets caught in brush and the trees can become an issue when you hold the bow on an angle as I do.
All in all an amazing bow. I have been using mine for the last 12 years and it has held it's poundage and is still in amazing shape. It has been in rain, snow, hail, cold, heat, dense brush, and fell out of the canoe once (or twice) and is still looking and performing how it was when I got it. Great for target shooting or hunting small game or for deer. If it was a larger pound draw I would definitely use it for moose and elk.
