Canada Archery Online Hoyt RX-9 Giveaway Official Rules

The Canada Archery Online Hoyt RX-9 Giveaway (the "Contest") is sponsored by Canada Archery Online Inc. ("CAO" or the "Sponsor").

By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

1. Contest Period

The Contest begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time on June 12, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on July 17, 2026 (the "Contest Period").

Entries received after the Contest Period will not be eligible.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding residents of Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, and immediate family members (including spouses, parents, siblings, and children) of Canada Archery Online Inc., as well as persons residing in the same household as such individuals, are not eligible to enter.

The Contest is void in Quebec and where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter

Method 1 – Standard

Earn 1 entry per $50 spent on products. Taxes and shipping not included.

Method 2 – CAO Points Entry

Participants may redeem 100 Canada Archery Online Rewards Points ("CAO Points") for one (1) Contest entry.

Each redemption of 100 CAO Points equals one (1) entry.

Method 3 – Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a purchase or redeeming CAO Points, hand-print your:

Full legal name
Mailing address
Telephone number
Email address associated with your Canada Archery Online account

on a postage-paid letter or postcard and mail it to:

Each valid mail-in submission received during the Contest Period will receive one (1) Contest entry.

Mail-in entries must be received no later than July 19, 2026, to be eligible.

Photocopied, mechanically reproduced, automated, incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or bulk-generated entries are void.

Method 4 – Bonus entries

Earn 20 bonus entries when you hit a $300 order total not including shipping or taxes.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

One (1) Hoyt RX-9 compound bow
One (1) new set of custom red and black GAS Bowstrings (installed)
One (1) QAD MX Rest

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): CAD $2,400.

The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize, in whole or in part, with a prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason.

5. Winner Selection

A random draw will be conducted on or about July 20, 2026, at the offices of Canada Archery Online Inc. from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Skill-Testing Question

To comply with Canadian promotional contest laws, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being declared the official winner.

Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question will result in disqualification, and an alternate entrant may be selected.

7. Winner Notification

The selected entrant will be contacted using the contact information provided at the time of entry.

The selected entrant must respond within seven (7) calendar days of the Sponsor's first contact attempt.

If the selected entrant:

Cannot be contacted;
Does not respond within the required time period;
Is determined to be ineligible;
Fails the skill-testing question; or
Fails to comply with these Official Rules,

the entrant may be disqualified and an alternate entrant may be selected through another random draw.

8. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's agreement that Canada Archery Online Inc. may use the winner's name, city and province of residence, photograph, likeness, statements, and image for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or later developed, without further compensation or notice.

9. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest if fraud, technical failures, human error, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Contest.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, attempts to gain an unfair advantage, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.

The Sponsor's decisions regarding all aspects of the Contest are final and binding.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Canada Archery Online Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability, claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising out of participation in the Contest or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.

Hoyt Archery and GAS Bowstrings are not sponsors, administrators, or operators of this Contest unless expressly stated otherwise.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Contest will be used solely for the administration of the Contest, winner selection, prize fulfillment, and related communications.

By entering, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for these purposes in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws and the Canada Archery Online privacy policy.

12. Governing Law

This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, territorial, and municipal laws and regulations.

The Contest and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
