Most of my transaction seemed ok, except for the fact that I contacted CAO well prior to the parcel being delivered, to state I had shattered my Clavicle and as a result, required major surgery and may never be able to use the bow. I was obviously going through a stressful situation and wasn’t sure (I’m still not sure) if I’d physically ever be able to use the bow. I made them aware and inquired if I would be able to return it, unopened, after receiving it. I received a reply, approximately one week later informing me that once it leaves their shop, they can’t take it back. I believe the excuse was for, “safety” reasons - even though when I originally contacted them the parcel hadn’t been delivered, let alone even been opened. I believe there should have been more thought put into their reply and would caution, buyer be ware!
The product, “seems” fine, thus the three stars but I may never know, since I still have a long road to recovery and may never be able to use it. For now, I have a brand new, never used, expensive wall ornament that I may just have to flip at some point, at a significant loss. Not cool CAO.
Special orders receive top priority and are given prompt attention. While larger items like bows may not always be readily available, many special order items are consistently kept in stock. The general turnaround time for special orders is a minimum of 8 weeks, depending on the lead times set by the manufacturer.
Certain bows, such as custom target bows and high-quality traditional recurve bows, are exclusively made to order directly from the manufacturer.
In some instances, left-handed products like premium target equipment may experience unforeseen delays due to batch production by the manufacturer.
We strive to meet the deadlines mentioned above and make every effort to do so. However, there may be circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from meeting those deadlines. If such a situation arises, we will make every effort to rectify the issue. Special orders can be canceled or exchanged and are eligible for a refund after 8 weeks.

We strive to meet the deadlines mentioned above and make every effort to do so. Due to extreme lack of availability and stock within the Archery industry, lead times are only estimates.
