The Gompy BSP-1 is a necessary tool for an archer as it helps to unstring your bow after shooting safely which prevents limb warping. One end covers the tip of the limb, and the other end slides on the limb.
My Uukha limbs have very small limb tips and they don't work with a stringer that has pockets on both ends. This model is great for staining the Uukhas, and has much less slippage than other single-pocket stringers I have tried.
I really like this stringer, for functionality and price...bought three (3) more so I can keep one(1) in each bow case
Great quality, straight forward and durable bow stringer, first ever used while beginning with entry level ILF bow, been using for about 3 years.
One thing to be careful of! recently got a traditional bow and partly also due to my carelessness the metal re-enforcement rivets for the holes in the leather on the top limb gripper slipped and made marks going down the limbs. You can probably cover these with tape on the side facing down or just be sure the gripper surface evenly applied on the top limb, while keeping your finger on it so it does slip down the bow. This has not been an issue with the glossier Olympic style ILF limbs as they have a very glossy finish on them.
Easy to use (you might need to watch a video on how to use it) and good price. No problem stringing a 50# longbow.
This is a great bow stringer at a great price. Its very easy for anyone to use.
Special orders receive top priority and are given prompt attention. While larger items like bows may not always be readily available, many special order items are consistently kept in stock. The general turnaround time for special orders is a minimum of 8 weeks, depending on the lead times set by the manufacturer.
Certain bows, such as custom target bows and high-quality traditional recurve bows, are exclusively made to order directly from the manufacturer.
In some instances, left-handed products like premium target equipment may experience unforeseen delays due to batch production by the manufacturer.
We strive to meet the deadlines mentioned above and make every effort to do so. However, there may be circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from meeting those deadlines. If such a situation arises, we will make every effort to rectify the issue. Special orders can be canceled or exchanged and are eligible for a refund after 8 weeks.

Certain bows, such as compound bows, olympic recurve risers and limbs as well as traditional recurve bows, are exclusively made to order directly from the manufacturer if "special order" is indicated. They cannot be cancelled or refunded if special ordering.
We strive to meet the deadlines mentioned above and make every effort to do so. Due to extreme lack of availability and stock within the Archery industry, lead times are only estimates.
Cancelling special order items depends on the product type. For those that can be cancelled, the following fee's may apply.
Some products such as custom made, made-to-order or special order bows cannot be cancelled. Many of these items are brought in from overseas or made specially by the manufacturer upon an order being placed.
