It seems helpful and I can see it's potential, but I may need to move it below the nocking point. I anchor at my cheekbone and so it's nowhere near my nose but I do kind of use it as a red (orange) dot sight because I can see it floating in my peripheral vision. My groups have tightened up so it is definitely helping.
Bought it in the bitter cold of winter so wasn't into experimenting with it too much, but now that the weather is nicer I will try moving it beneath the nocking point and have it touch my chin instead.
