For the odd shot that gets stuck this thing is a life saver. Gives a lot of grip to the tiny arrow shafts and helps prevent twisting when removing the arrow. One of those must have tools for the kit.
The metal ring tends to block the arrow from getting fully inside the puller. You can just flip the ring out of the way, but it’s a little irritating. I will replace the ring with a string to fix this issue.
On the plus side, this puller came with a plastic spring-release clip (not shown in the photo) which attaches to the ring. This makes it easy to attach and detach from my quiver.
Overall I am happy with the product.

the added length allows this puller to easily remove some arrows that smaller flat rubber pullers cannot. Most of the time if this puller can't remove the arrow, it's 50/50 that a clamp type puller will be able to remove it without snapping

The general turnaround time for special orders is a minimum of 8 weeks, depending on the lead times set by the manufacturer.

In some instances, left-handed products like premium target equipment may experience unforeseen delays due to batch production by the manufacturer.
