Jd Just got a beautiful grizzly from CAO. It is my first serious recurve after learning to shoot on an old 40 lb recurve I inherited. I have purchased many bows, horse style to practice thumb draw, and a bear Montana was my first taste of bear products. I do enjoy shooting that one but this grizzly just seems easier to shoot, fits my hand so well and has crazy smooth and silent draw and shot. It seems very naturally accurate and blows away what I was achieving with my old recurve already after the first 100+ shots today. I just couldn’t put it down and didn’t want to stop shooting it. It has a beautiful deep dark wood stain and so I think it looks almost as nice as it functions. I got it at 50# since I regularly shoot 40 and 45 # bows and my Montana is 55#. I think this is a sweet spot for me and I will use this bow for hunting eventually. The Montana, even though it is only 5 lbs heavier , feels like a lot more to me and is tiring after the first dozen shots.

Mars (Ontario) This has got to be the smoothest and fastest trad recurve I've ever shot! The wood and fiberglass lamination give it a simple yet elegant look. I cannot put this bow down!

Peter (Ontario) This was the first bow I ever bought. 45lbs was probably too much but I also got a 25lbs bow to practice with. The grizzly is fantastic. The more I practice the better I get and this bow feels powerful. It's really fun and absolutely worth the money.

Guillaume L. (Quebec) Mon bear grizzly a été mon deuxième arc recurve. Il est très confortable et a une bonne prise en main. Le tir est doux et avec le bon geste il est constant. Malheureusement la corde incluse de type flamande(torsadé) est de mauvaise qualité (probablement faite en série) et n'était pas ajuster à la bonne longueur. J'ai corrigé le problème car je fais mes cordes moi-même.
