I bought this knife as a gift for my son. Mostly because I was sick of lending him my knife every time he need one. This being his first pocket knife it was just the right thing. I was looking for a knife that had a lock blade instead of a spring assist blade. This knife fit the bill. It has a pocket clip so as long as he clips it to his pocket the chance of him loosing it, and having to borrow mine again are minimal. All in all a good knife I have seen him make pointy sticks. Cut rope, take bark off a walking stick he made. Needless to say he has had to sharpen it a few times. I am always impressed with the Spyderco brand you won’t go wrong if you buy this knife. As always CAO had the knife to my door in 2 days. I give CAO and the knife they sold me a 5/5.
First of all just to let you know I own a Spyderco knife already it’s my everyday carry. Amazing knife! Well my son kept borrowing mine when we were at or property so I ordered this one for him. so I didn’t have to go looking for mine every time I needed it. Wow! He loves it ,it’s his first knife. He uses it all the time and always knows we’re it is I gave it 5 stars. The lock blade was a excellent feature for me not into the spring loaded anything. Thanks CAO and Spyderco.
